he empress upon your heart from the message today or stood out
to you from the video?
2. What are your beliefs about Spiritual warfare? Was Satan
defeated at the cross, so he could only act with permission
today…. or is he alive and well and free to act as he wishes? (if the
later what happened to him at the cross?
3. Jesus sent the Legion of evil spirts into the Pigs; what does this
teach us today?
4. How do you think these actions changed the people that were
present with Jesus?
5. Does demon possession happen today or is its mental illness? Do
you believe Christians can be possessed by a demon? Oppressed?
How/why does this happen?

5. Jesus seemed to be talking about the Kingdom of God on earth, why do we often make this encounter about going to heaven?

  2. 2. What was your reaction to the Bernne Brown video? What are the four parts of empathy she shared?
  3. 3. What did Jesus connect within himself to be able to empathize at Lazarus Tomb?
  4. 4. Keeping in mind when someone starts a sentence with “I feel like…“ We are not sharing our feelings but our thoughts; is sharing your feelings something you do regularly in conversation? Why do you think this is important?
  5. 5. If empathy is a choice what kind of work do you need in this area.
