  1. Where have you seen God moving this week? What happened when you followed him?
  2. What Questions came up from the Text and teaching this morning? 
  3. Do you read Moses and Miriam’s song as their perspective or biblical truth?(i.e. verse 7)
  4. Do you believe there is any significance of the wood? God asked Moses to throw into the
    water?
  5. What is the truths we learn from vs. 25b-26?
  6. Had Moses forgotten about Elon or did God just created at that moment for the Israelites?
  7. How can we be praying for you this week?

April 27th

Questions for April 27 th :

  1. How has God been working in your life this week? Where have you felt his leading??
  2. What questions came up from the teaching and or scripture today?
  3. What is God trying to teach us with his emphasis on first born?
  4. God goes over instructions for the Passover again in chapter 13. What does this teach us? What is the focus on yeast
    for?
  5. What does verse 17 teaches about God? What does it teach us about us? What does it teach us about our relationship
    with God?
  6. Why doesn’t God lead us today with a pillar cloud and a pillar of fire? Or does he?
  7. How can we be praying for you this week?

Easter Sunday

Questions for Easter Sunday:

  1. What is God been doing in your life this week and how has he been using you?
  2. What questions came up for you today from the video the text or the teaching?
  3. If Passover is the first month, why do you think the Jewish people celebrate Rosh
    Hashanah the new year in September or October?
  4. Why did God let them choose a lamb or a goat for Passover? Does this have any
    coincidence with Matthew 25?
  5. Why did God ask them to smear the blood on the door didn’t he already promise? He
    would not kill the Israelites in chapter 11?
  6. God says that his people should celebrate this for generations to come, forever why is
    believers do we not celebrate Passover?
  7. How can we be praying for you this week?

April 13

Questions for April 13 th :

  1. Have you seen God working through you this week?
  2. What questions arose from the Text and or the teaching today?
  3. Since we’ve begun our study in Genesis and Exodus, what if we learned about the importance of
    the first born?
  4. God’s command in verse two “tell the people that men and women alike are to ask their
    neighbors for articles of silver and gold” is that a universal command or was it specific to the
    Israelites of that day? How do you know the difference as you read the scripture?
  5. Why did the Lord make a distinction between Egypt and Israel? What did God mean by this
    statement?
  6. How do you reconcile verse one in verse nine?

Exodus

Questions for April 6 th :

  1. Where have you seen God working this week? How has he used you in his plan?
  2. What questions come up for you today from the teaching for the scripture?
  3. What was different about this display of darkness and why do you think God handled it that way?
  4. Do you think the Egyptian saw the light that the Israelites had or did God hide that from them?
    Why do you say this? What was God trying to teach each of these groups and what is he teaching
    us?
  5. When have you experienced times spiritual darkness in your life?
  6. We see in the book of Genesis that God created the darkness. His darkness, part of God’s plan
    what is its purpose? How should we relate to people who love the darkness or are caught in the
    darkness?
