- What questions came up to you today as we read the scripture and heard in the teaching?
- Why do you think the leaders of each tribe brought identical offerings for the dedication of the altar? What does this say to you?
- When we worship today, do we focus on bringing something or getting something? Why is this? If we are going to bring something besides money, what might we bring?
- Why was it important for the Levites to be publicly purified and set apart? What does the laying on of hands by the Israelites (8:10) symbolize? What is God wanting us to learn from Numbers 8:26?
- Why was it important for Israel to observe the Passover even while in the wilderness?
