Exodus 5 – February 16, 2025
1.How have you seen God working this week and how has he used you?

2. What Questions were raised for you from the text and teaching this morning?
3. With what you know about Pharaoh and his Spiritual Life what did he mean by “I do
   not know the Lord and I will not let Israel go.”
4. God told Moses to go to Pharaoh and when he did things got worse for the Israelites.
   Why would God allow this to occur? What does this mean for our lives?
5. How would the Israelite overseers get a voice with Pharaoh?
6. What do you believe God wants us to learn from this chapter to apply to our lives?
7. How can we be praying for you this week?

Exodus 4 – February 9, 2025:

1. How have you seen God working this week and how has he used you this week?
2. What Questions were raised for you from the text and teaching this morning?
3. Moses asked what if they do not believe me, and God gave him some miracles to
   preform…. What does that teach us about God? What does that mean in our life?
4. What do you take away from the importance of the “Firstborn”? What does this mean in
   our lives?
5. Why do you think God just did not give up on Moses when he had all the questions and
   reasons, he could not do what God wanted?
6. In verse 24 we begin the strange story where God wants to kill Moses. What are your
   takeaways from this Story. What might God be teaching us?

Exodus 3 – February 2, 2025:

3. What is the most important part of the Burning Bush Story for you?
4. Moses’ First excuse was “Who am I” Why did Moses have this question? Have you
   ever had this issue? What does God’s response teach us?
5. Moses’ second excuse is “What is your name” Why was this important to Moses?
6. Why did God tell Moses to say he wanted to take the people for a 3-day journey?
7. How can we be praying for you today?

Exodus 2 – January 26, 2025

1. How have you seen God working this week and how has he used you?
2. What Questions were raised for you from the text and teaching this morning?
3. Why do you think Pharaoh’s daughter kept Moses even while her father was
   commanding that baby boys be killed?
4. Moses was born Hebrew and raised Egyptian. What identity issues might this cause of
   Moses?
5. What are your takeaways from verse 12, “Looking this way and that and seeing no one,
   he killed the Egyptian and hid him in the sand.”?
6. Reuel’s daughter stated that Moses was an Egyptian, what did she see that gave that
   away? What might have Moses been thinking?

Exodus 1 – January 19, 2025

1. How have you seen God working this week and how has he used you?
2. What Questions were raised for you from the text and teaching this morning?
3. Those of you that were able to watch the Videos last week about the Egyptian Story and
   the Biblical Story…. After thinking about it for a week any new take-aways? What stood
   out the most to you in the videos?
4. What do you think is meant by “Joseph meant NOTHING to the new King?” (vs.8)
5. Do you think the midwives were lying in verse 19? Why did the discussion with Pharoah
   end here, he seemed to do nothing after hearing this. Did God Bless the midwives even
   though they lied?
6. In the middle of the Chiasm is….” In oppression the Israelites Multiplied” What are the
   take aways God wanted his people to have here?
