1 What has God been doing in and through you?
2 What questions jumped out at you from the scripture, the message, or video?
3 When you read over, Jesus directions to the 12 what he told them to do and
say what stands out as the most important to Jesus?
4 Do we also have the power over impure spirits, and to heal every disease or
sickness or was that only for the disciples?
5 In the video, Jesus told the disciples to spread out to not concentrate
themselves in one place. Does that seem contrary to what we do today? Why
do you say so?
6 Jesus told the disciples to not waste their time with people who will not
listen to them? What makes that such a struggle for us?

- 3. Jesus stopped to address the woman. What was his overall message with this encounter?
- 4. Why do you think the disciples said to Jesus? Lower the crowd is so big everyone is pushing on you? What were they trying to accomplish?
- 5. How would you define faith? What did Jesus mean by your faith has made you well?
- 6 .When we pray for someone to be healed and they are, how do you explain God’s work to the person next to them that is not healed?

- 3. What does it teach us when we see Jesus sending the disciples into a boat that day?
- 4. The disciples saw 5000 people ( probably more like 15,000 people) fed with five loaves and three fish and 12 baskets of leftovers. How did they seem to forget this when they were in the boat? Does this happen to us today? Why would you say it happens?
- 5. Is fear the opposite of faith? Why do you say so?
- 6. Does Jesus give us the ability to calm storms? (Why don’t we use this power?

- Most of us don’t resort to aggressive behavior toward our enemies but what are our “go to” behaviors with enemies?
- In the video Jesus said, “ you wanted to use the power of God to destroy people or to bring them down “how might we be doing that today?
- What would Loving our enemies look like?
- How do we make decisions that impact generations to come instead of just the present situation?
